You’re Invited to Celebrate Easter at Blue Oaks Church

Our Savior Is Alive!

One of the unique aspects of Christianity is that it actually traces its origin to one particular event in one moment on one day in history. That moment has changed more human hearts than any other event in history. Join us this Easter as we celebrate the most significant event in all of human history. Maybe Jesus will touch your heart like he has for so many from every generation, every language, every nation for the last two thousand years.

We can’t wait to see you.

Meet Matt VanCleave, Lead Pastor

Matt VanCleave is Blue Oaks’ Teaching Pastor, providing transformational teaching and overseeing all aspects of the weekend services.  Matt’s desire is to provide an irresistible church environment where every person can experience life in all its fullness through Jesus Christ. Matt earned his B.A. in Biblical Studies from Judson University and M.A. in Religion from Trinity International University.

Matt and his wife Kathy have two daughters and a son. When Matt is not studying or spending time with his family, he enjoys snowboarding, golf, rowing and gardening. A lifelong Chicago Cubs fan, Matt proudly wore his Cubs jersey while teaching on the Sunday following their 2016 World Series Championship win, but he lost a long-standing teaching illustration in the bargain.

Casual & Relaxed

Our Sunday services are engaging, casual, and relaxed. Come as you are and expect to feel welcomed as our guest.

Your kids matter to us!

Blue Oaks Kids is a children’s ministry uniquely designed with your child in mind! Every Sunday all children (infants through 5th grade) experience safe, age-appropriate environments where the Bible is taught in a creative and relevant way.

Upcoming Event:
