Joe joined Blue Oaks in January 2013 with a desire to use his administrative skills to serve God, the local church and the community it touches. In addition to providing support to the ministry staff, he works closely with Joe Hartley to manage and maintain the finance, HR, IT, facilities and web operations of the church. In his spare time, Joe enjoys web development, playing guitar, and Christian apologetics.
